AKILAH MITCHELL (MSc)
Akilah Mitchell is a Trinidadian visual artist and art educator whose work is deeply rooted in love for her homeland. Her artistic journey began at the age of 13 during high school art classes, Throughout her academic journey, art remained a constant source of therapy
She is the founder of Art by Akilah, a multi-faceted creative brand.
Akilah is currently working toward her goal of pursuing a PhD in Art Education, aiming to inspire, educate, and preserve the cultural treasures of the twin-island republic for future generations
